Industrial Variable Speed PWM DC motor control module is an Original Manufacturing Engineering (OEM) industrial and commercial rated high performance, high efficiency pulse-width modulation (PWM) DC speed control.

 

The PIVOT-PBX5 Series of Variable speed PWM DC motor control are a feature rich electronic interface board modules designed to control 12V, 24V or 28V DC motor or other DC fixtures (i.e. valve, average power drive) locally via potentiometer and/or switch, or remotely via isolated signal. The output average current is a linear function of the input signal or potentiometer rotation. If used properly, it will eliminate the need for expensive boards and instruments, which would otherwise be required to carry out the same control tasks, or a Programmable Logic Control (PLC).

 

Depending on model, the control can drive a 12V, 24V or 28V DC motor, while powered by standard DC voltages a 12V, 24V or 28V. Therefore, it can be powered by car, boat, RV, or airplane DC power source or batteries. It provides smooth control operation with high efficiency in a compact form.

 

The board is the industry’s first high current driver for 12V, 24V and 28V battery packs, bringing unprecedented flexibility to today’s advanced industrial battery applications.
 

It is designed for heavy-duty battery operated permanent magnet DC motor applications, such as small personnel carriers, floor scrubbers, automatic guided vehicles (AVG), mobile robot, laser guided vehicles (LGV), agricultural sprayers and a vast variety of other portable equipment.

 

Ideal applications also include motor driven applications such as drones, power tools, e-Bikes, e-chair and many more.

The unique designed board allows the batteries in motor driven applications to continue to operate as voltages jump above normal levels and supports battery packs from 10V to 32V.

 

The board offers the features needed for professional high current DC motor control.

 

Mounting is easy via four 0.156" mounting holes using 6-32 screws and wire (optional) via convenient conventional industrial standards cage up type Terminal Blocks (TB) and high current Quick-Fit terminals.
